Where do you ship?
SnapMasons ships within the United States only. FREE SHIPPING is available within the USA for contiguous states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not included. MDN LLC could not be held accountable for any charges.

When will my order be shipped?
Any stock item will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Custom items may take up to a minimum of 20 days for production before they ship.

Which shipping company will my order be sent with?
Orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS. Tracking details will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to track items and monitor delivery.

What happens if the address is wrong?
A wrong address provided by the customer may result in the item getting shipped back to us. If that happens, the customer will be responsible for all back and forth shipment charges. We need a phone number at the checkout to make the shipping and delivery more seamless.

Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Listing errors
If a listing was made in error, we have the right to decline the sale and refund the buyer.
