Mark your panel with a pencil and score it with a sharp utility knife. The lightweight foam core snaps cleanly along the line, no power tools required.

Run a continuous bead of construction adhesive along the back of the panel. Cover the perimeter and add a zig-zag through the middle for a strong, even hold.

Press to the wall
Position the panel against any clean, flat surface and press firmly for ten seconds. Continue panel by panel, done in an afternoon, no professional install needed.
